Membership in the association is open to entities that provide long-term care and/or post-acute care or services that: 

are duly licensed in the State of New York 

are interested in furthering the mission and objective of the association 

satisfy such other specific eligibility criteria and qualifications for membership as may be established from time to time by the Board of Directors

have submitted an application for membership to the association in accordance with requirements established by the Board of Directors

have been approved for membership in the association by a majority vote of the Board of Directors
